Ageloff & Associates prides itself on being a team of design professionals, comprised of architects and interior designers, who are both excellent listeners and interpreters. Whether it is for the design of a new property or the redesign of an existing one, each project is conceived in terms of its individual potential and opportunities for the client. Every detail, from the accessories, furnishings, and artwork, to the millwork, lighting and mechanical systems, is designed to complement each other while fulfilling the overall objectives of the assignment. The firm’s blend of skills and its professional approach enable it to work on a wide range of projects, from single rooms to complex facilities, and with a variety of design approaches.
Area of Expertise/Recent Projects
Recently completed projects and works in progress include a combination of two apartments on Park Avenue into a duplex; the architectural and interior design of a new townhouse in the Upper East Side; the renovation of offices for a culinary school in Chelsea; the complete renovation of a duplex loft in Soho; the redesign and restoration of an apartment in the Dakota; the design of a sanctuary for a new Synagogue on the east side of Manhattan; the design and construction of a new town house in Park Slope, Brooklyn; the gut renovation of a bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn; the design and construction of a new house in the Hudson River Valley; the gut renovation and interior design of a vacation home on Martha’s Vineyard; the expansion and renovation of an historic house on the North Shore of Long Island; as well as the redesign and expansion of a beach front home in Quogue.
